  • What delivery options do you offer?

    We have three types of delivery options for your Swiss watch:

    Standard Delivery:
    Receive your Swiss watch within 2 working days when placed before 4pm. Standard delivery is free on orders over £30, and is £3.95 on orders under £30.

    Next Day Delivery:
    Receive your Swiss watch the next day when you order before 8pm Monday to Friday, and before 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. Next day delivery is free on orders over £75, and is £5.95 on orders under £75.

    Nominated Day Delivery:
    Receive your Swiss watch on a preferred day within a two week period of your order date. Nominated day delivery is free on orders £350 and over, and is £5.95 on orders under £350.

    We also offer a click and collect service that’s free on orders over £30, and £2.95 on orders under £30, so you can pick up your Swiss watch from your nearest store.

  • What's your returns policy for Swiss watches?

    If purchased online, fill out the returns label and tick whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange on your Swiss watch.
